When should I schedule my vehicle transport?

It is best to schedule the transport as soon as you know the time-frame in order to reserve the dates for you.

My vehicle does not start and/or it has flat tires.

I use a winch to load vehicles that are not running and if the tires will hold air, I will inflate them at time of loading. However, there is an extra charge if I have to move items out of the way in order to get to the vehicle.

Can I put a cover over my vehicle?

Unfortunately, most store bought covers are not designed to handle highway speeds and will ruin the paint on your vehicle. They also fray and flap and, if traveling through California, the covers must be specifically made for transportation otherwise, it is not allowed.

Do you stay in a hotel when you are transporting?  Is my vehicle/property safe if you stay in a hotel?

The ramps on the back of the trailer are padlocked and, most of the time, I sleep in my truck.

How long have you been transporting?

I have been transporting since November 2013 when Graeman was established.

When do I pay for the transport?

Payment is due at time of delivery.  Round-trip transports require 50% at time of pick up and the balance when returned to its origin.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, credit card, or PayPal.  There is an additional 4% fee if paying with a credit card or PayPal.

Do you transport to Canada or Mexico?

At this time, I do not cross the borders into Canada or Mexico but deliver as close to the borders as possible.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have cargo insurance (with Progressive) which covers cargo that is lost or damaged due to causes such as fire, collision, or striking of a load.  Please keep in mind, that I use an open (uncovered/non-enclosed) flatbed trailer, which leaves your property visible and exposed to weather and other conditions you would encounter while driving.  I assume no liability and am not responsible for damage to your property due to inclement weather, hail, dust, sand, rock chips, and other elements of the road.

Do you provide pick-up and delivery times?

While I do my best to estimate pick-up and delivery times, unforeseen problems such as traffic accidents or breakdowns can cause potential delays.  However, I keep in contact with you throughout the transport so you will know promptly if any problems arise.
